To order online with us please ensure you are aware of the following requirements and limitations:
•   You must be over 18 years of age.
•   We only ship to mainland Australia and Tasmania.
•   We don’t currently ship to NT, restricted Zones, or Islands other than Tasmania
•   We ship via eParcel
•   We qualify for the best rates eParcel offer. Minimum shipping cost per case is $8.96
•   Shipping costs vary depending State, Territory and Zoning within. Rates apply at checkout.

Shipping Information


Free Pick Up:
For locals and through travellers we offer FREE Pickup at checkout.
•   Orders must be placed a day prior to pickup
•   Pickup only available during business hours of 12 – 8pm


•   We process our orders ONCE weekly. More often whenever our resources allow.
•   Order placed before 10PM SUNDAY are packed MONDAY and shipped TUESDAY. Again more often when our resources allow.

•   Tracking information will be provided to you upon dispatch to email if supplied.
•   Shipping duration is usually 3-7 business days from our dispatch date.
•   Duration may vary depending on the delivery location.
•   Duration may be affected by altered delivery timeframes by the carrier.
•   All carriers are experiencing some delay due to extra demand during the covid19 pandemic.
•   We will endeavour to deliver within our specified delivery timeframes stipulated at the time of your order.
•   You accept the risk that occasionally, due to circumstances which we have not foreseen, delivery times may be longer than times nominated and paid for by you.

If you have not received your shipment within 7 business days from the dispatch date of your order, or you have any other order enquiries, please email us at

•   We will not deliver unless all requested delivery details are given when you place your order.
•   It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years.
•   You agree that we may rely on any person who is at the address you gave for delivery, and who takes receipt of your ordered products, as being authorised for that purpose.
•   We will not deliver your order if we consider any delivery circumstances may be unsuitable for any reason, including because any likely recipient of the ordered products appears to our delivery personnel to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, under the age of 18 years or acting for or on behalf of a person who we consider may be unsuitable for any reason (including because they may be under 18 years).
•   We may not deliver your order if any of our requests for verification (such as proof of identity or age) are not met.

You agree that risk of loss of or damage to products appropriated to your order passes on delivery of them including where delivery is to unattended locations (such as locations which are not attended by any person or which are attended by a person who is not acting on your behalf).

We currently don’t deliver to the Northern Territory or Islands other than Tasmania. We are also restricted from delivering to legally specific “Dry Zones”. We can not deliver to the following postcodes.

Change of Mind‘ refunds are not available.
Cancellations requests must be made before order fulfilment, as orders may already be out for delivery.
