Hefe – Limited Release

There’s no need to be Einstein to work out that the simplicity of a traditional German wheat beer is hard to go past. Beautiful light bready flavours from the German pilsner and wheat malts, a gentle bitterness from the noble hops, and a smooth slightly fruity finish from the German yeast. The best theory is to keep things simple sometimes. Prost!
